We are happy to offer you our newly furnished large apartment (with balcony!) on Sprengelstraße in the heart of Berlin, in the new trendy district of Sprengelkiez in Berlin-Wedding. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on a narrow street with little traffic. The Gründerzeit old building consists of three parts: a front building, a middle building and a garden house and is very close to the Spree. Our apartment is on the 4th floor in the garden house.
